Cosè che non è notificato delle sue componenti?

Sembra buono...
forse sfiora la dose di zinco, di non notificato c'e' l'icarin, il divanil, l'Indole-3-Carbinol che è l'elemento "buono" dei broccoli...gli altri non gli conosco e molto probabilmente non sono notificati neppure quelli

prodotto potenzialmente buono con componenti che sono molto in voga adesso
naturalmente molti di voi non hanno letto bene l'etichetta data che sono 6 al gg da prendere in 2 dosi
il prodotto costicchia dato che di solito con i test booster consigliano 2 mesi le case cmq anche con un mese non e' regalato

secondo me questo prodotto e' nato prendendo dei componenti da activate xtreme e stoked (che a questo punto sono meglio loro 2)

riporto le caratteristiche degli ingredienti

cmq il prodotto non e' male ma il dosaggio e' da rivedere quindi fate voi :)

3, 4- Divanillyltetrahydrofuran (Stinging Nettle Root)

Science tells us that only 2% of the bodies total testosterone supply is actually free and unbound (active). In order to fully reap the benefits of testosterone we need to harness as much ?unbound? testosterone from binding proteins as humanly possible. The two proteins we are talking about are known as ?albumin? and ?serum hormone binding globulin,? or SHBG for short. Meet 3, 4-Divanyl. By employing an exclusive extraction technology, SAN is able to harness a large percentage over 97% of this lignan (ordinarily, only 1% is contained). One exciting part of 3, 4-Divanyl is that it has been scientifically demonstrated to bind to SHBG, and, in turn, occupies the parking space which otherwise bounds itself to testosterone rendering it useless. The end result is increased levels of test which manifests itself by dramatically enhancing strength and mood; and, thereby radically altering body composition. Another favorable mechanism of 3, 4-Divanyl which was recently discovered is nothing short of amazing. Icariin (Epimedium)

Icariin, a flavonol glycoside, is a very interesting substance, which is commonly found in a plant known as Epimedium?aka Horny Goat Weed. Used for centuries in Chinese herbal medicine, Icariin is often prescribed as a natural resource in treating (ED) erectile dysfunction. Its chief mechanism has been demonstrated to act on phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) and to enhance the production of nitric oxide as well as mimicking the effects of testosterone. It also shows great promise as an anti-oxidant as well as to stimulate osteoblasts which can positively affect bone tissue. Similar to 3, 4-Divanyl, Icariin prolongs the muscular pump during exercise therefore increasing blood flow to muscle and penile tissue which are otherwise inhibited by PDE5, the gate keeper of cGMP (guanosine monophosphate).


Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C)

I3C is produced by the breakdown of the glucosinolate glycobrassin which can be found in high concentrations of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. I3C is the subject of ongoing biomedical research into its possible antioxidant, anti-estrogen and anti-atherogenic effects. Its main mechanism that brought the ingredient to MyoTEST revolves around its ability to modulate positive (yes there are good and bad estrogens) estrogen metabolism. By hydroxylating the bad estrogen metabolites 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone & 4-hydroxyestrone into a benign pathway of (good) estrogen metabolites otherwise known as 2-hydroxyestrone, I3C keeps estrogen metabolism optimized and thus opens the flood gate to uninhibited testosterone formation. In addition, I3C also improves prostate function, enhances insulin sensitivity and may stimulate abdominal fat loss.


Cnidium Monnier (Osthole)

Cnidium Monnier, also known in the Chinese medicine as ?She Chuang Zi?, has a long history in the far-east as an herbal medicine that improves male sexual dysfunction. The constituent responsible for this effect is believed to be a coumarin compound found in Cnidium, called osthole. Osthole was found to help relax the corpus cavernosa of the penis by inhibiting the activity of cAMP and phosphodiesterases (PDE5) in a concentration-dependent manner, which can potentially help with blood flow in those with erectile dysfunction (similar to Icarrin thus providing the user an additive effect). Osthole?s secondary mechanism revolves around its Nitric Oxide releasing effects by increasing the production of cGMP which is the chief gate keeper from obtaining and sustaining a powerful erection.


Quercetin & Resveratrol (Japanese Knotweed)

Resveratrol is a phytoalexin produced naturally by several plants under attack of pathogens as a natural defense mechanism. As contained in MyoTEST, Resveratrol is produced through the extraction of Japanese Knotweed. Resveratrol is also found in the skin of red grapes and is a constituent of red wine, but apparently not in sufficient amounts to elicit a positive health promoting effect. Just like Resveratrol, Quercetin is found in red grapes, but unlike Resveratrol, Quercetin belongs to the class of polyphenolic compounds called flavonoids, which are plant pigments that give colors to flowers, fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant, a factor to which its heart-protective effects are largely attributed. In laboratory studies, Resveratrol inhibits platelet aggregation (the process by which blood clots are formed) and lipid peroxidation, which is an important factor in the development of atherosclerosis. The lipids in question are those that are carried in the bloodstream by LDL (low-density lipoprotein, or ?bad cholesterol?), and their degradation by oxidizing agents such as free radicals facilitates their incorporation into artery-clogging plaque. Another interesting mechanism that brought Resveratrol to MyoTEST revolves around its ability to act as estrogen receptor antagonist. As such, the substance binds reversibly to the estrogen receptors, which in turn blocks the interaction with circulating estrogen hormones.

The end result is a dramatic surge in testosterone levels (in excess of 50%) to combat the attenuated estrogen signal created by Resveratrol. An easier way to look at this, imagine a thermostat that kicks in to start the header once the temperature falls below a certain threshold. This is what happens to Testosterone (surges) once the body senses the presence of Resveratrol. Resveratrol has one pitfall which concerns its bioavailability. Upon ingestion, Resveratrol is rapidly absorbed (at least 70%) by the gut, however, its bioavailability is only close to 3-5% owing its rapid conversion to two derivatives known as: sulfates and glucoronides. This is where Quercetin comes to the rescue. Three recent university studies point out- that combining Quercetin with Resveratrol inhibits sulfation & glucoronidation in the gut and liver; thus, improving Resveratrol?s bioavailability. However, large doses must be taken to elicit this effect as enzyme blocking is only partially effective. Fortunately, the amount contained in MyoTEST mimics the exact proportions in the aforementioned studies.

La marca la conosco poco perche' faceva e fa soprattutto proormoni et similia, ma la composizione del prodotto mi aggrada parecchio.

La composizione generale rimane piuttosto buona e soprattutto si conoscono le quantita' dei singoli ingredienti.

bel mix! considerando di tenerlo a 6 cap cioè a 2 serving ci faresti un mese bello tosto...

il dosaggio infatti dura un mese ma è basso come coleus ed icariin

In realta' il dosaggio di Icariin non e' malvagio, considerando che e' titolato al 60%, mentre il coleus e' proprio pochino...

effettivamente almeno il coleus lo prenderei anche a parte!

Io non sono un fan della mucuna, ma in uno stack volto ad aumentare il testosterone puo' avere una sua razionalita'.
Quando infatti si cerca di aumentare il testosterone estrogeni e prolattina tendono ad innanzarsi.
Tuttavia stand alone credo che la mucuna sia una bran boiata, in quanto abbassamento eccessivo della prolattina significa fatalmente meno testosterone.
Inoltre alla dopa ci si assuefa presto...

Hanno misurato la prolattina prima di somministrare la mucuna?
Se fosse stata alta e' verisimile che il testo aumenti...

ma un bello stack sarebbe un aumento del testo attraverso qualche prodotto, controllo degli estrogeni, cortisolo, prolattina, carnitina tartrato e acido arachidonico .... volendo si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa come e-bol

The basal PRL, T, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and maximum responses of plasma T to human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) stimulation were measured every 2 weeks.Basal levels of plasma T were reduced in the 1st 2-week-long period of hypoprolactinemia. In the 4-week-long period of hypoprolactinemia, the maximal response of plasma T to hCG stimulation was significantly reduced. The findings suggest that normal levels of plasma PRL may play an important role in the secretion of T in the human testes in vivo.

Adult male bonnet monkeys maintained under regulated light: dark conditions exhibit a nycthemeral surge of testosterone. The present study attempts to determine the effect of administration of drugs that modulate prolactin levels like ergobromocriptine (EBC) and chlorpromazine (CPZ) on testosterone production.The injection of EBC, a known inhibitor of prolactin secretion, could abolish nocturnal testosterone surge irrespective of the drug being given at 8.00 or 17.00 h. Testosterone surge could likewise be inhibited by treating animals with CPZ, a potent stimulator of prolactin secretion. This suggests that alteration in endogenous prolactin level from the normal effects nycthemeral surges of testosterone. The in vivo responsiveness of the testes of monkeys injected either CPZ oder EBC to exogenous LH or LHRH stimulation was tested. While LH could completely override the CPZ induced inhibition in testosterone production it could only partially reverse the EBC effect.

The effects of bromocriptine on the pulsatile pattern and the circadian profile of gonadotropins and testosterone secretion in normal adult men

To investigate the effects of bromocriptine on the secretion mechanism of pituitary gonadotropins and testosterone, 5 mg of bromocriptine was administered to five young adult men who were normal in their endocrinological states. Blood samplings were taken from two hours before until six hours after the administration every 15 min., and after that, blood samplings were continued until 21 hours every one hour by an intravenous indwelling catheter. Serum FSH, LH, prolactin and testosterone levels were determined by RIA, and the changes of the pulsatile patterns of FSH and LH, and the circadian profile of these hormones by the administration of bromocriptine were analysed. Serum prolactin levels decreased significantly (p less than 0.005) from two hours after the administration of bromocriptine and remained in a very low range until the end of the experiment. The basal levels of FSH showed a significant decrease from two to six hours after the administration (p less than 0.005). Also the basal levels of LH showed a significant decrease from two to six hours after the administration (p less than 0.005). However, the basal levels of serum FSH and LH did not show significant decreases after that until the end of the experiment. No significant change was observed in the amplitude or the frequency of the pulsatile patterns of FSH and LH until six hours after the administration of bromocriptine. The serum levels of testosterone were also significantly decreased from two to six hours after the administration (p less than 0.005), but they did not show a significant decrease after that until the end of the experiment.
