chiedo subito scusa agli amministratori se questa non dovesse essere la sezione giusta dove porre le due seguenti domande:

1 - vorrei comprare della maca in polvere, avete dei consigli? Mi sembra che great ne abbia parlato un po' di tempo fa ... ah intendo: consigli su dove comprarla ?

2 - spesso nei 3d vedo che i link a siti di e-commerce sono bannati, e ne capisco il motivo ... tuttavia questo comporta anche l'inconveniente che non si possano scambiare informazioni,suggerimenti e avvertimenti su tutto ciò che oggi c'è on-line. Mi spiego: se io acquisto integratori da un determinato sito di e-commerce e poi mi trovo male/bene vorrei potervelo dire e viceversa, ovviamente.

io la prendevo in polvere quindi non in caps 5 gr al gg
essendo un prodotto naturale puo variare di sapore
la prima volta e' stata pessima la second amolto piu accettabile
ti si attacca al palato ... io facevo direttamente in bocca con dei bei bicchieri d'acqua poi

Ciao madmat, non si può parlare di e-commerce perché e' vietato dal regolamento del forum, se tutti potessero parlare liberamente dei vari store on line ti immagini quanto spam???? Se rimanesse una cosa solo tra noi potrebbe anche andare, ma visto che il forum e' pubblico( come giusto che sia) cosa impedirebbe a vari proprietari di ecommerce di iscriversi sul forum solo per farsi pubblicità? Si andrebbe a creare solo confusione, se non sbaglio prima ancora che scoprissi questo forum, se ne poteva parlare poi proprio a causa di ciò che ho detto, Guru ha deciso di vietarlo. Ciao

E' successo esattamente quello che ha detto Shade, prima era possibile discutere di tutti gli ecommerce ma ben presto è arrivato chi ci marciava e, per tutelare la corretta informazione, ho deciso di vietare ogni link ad attività commerciali.

che ne so ... l'accesso a determinati forum solo agli utenti più affezionati e fedeli, e la prima volta che sgarrano fuori ... in questo modo dovresti controllare solo un piccolo gruppo di utenti ben monitorato ... poi con le segnalazioni incrociate beccheremmo subito gli intrusi, no?

If trained cyclists or triathletes take a two-week course of maca – botanical name Lepidium meyenii – they not only increase their speed, but they also increase their sexual desire. Sports scientists at Northumbria University in England discovered this when they did an experiment with 8 male athletes with an average age of 30. The results of their research will be published soon in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.

There are records of maca being used in Peruvian manuscripts dating back to 1300. These tell that Inca warriors took maca when fighting, because the herb increases physical performance. The same manuscripts also mention that a side effect of maca is that increases sexual drive. Inca warriors on the verge of taking a city were forbidden by their generals to take maca so as to protect the women in the city.


However, not many human studies have been done on the effects of maca. That's why the researchers, together with Naturex, the manufacturer of the maca extract Macapure, set up a human study. In the study eight test subjects were given a daily dose of 2 g of maca extract for two weeks. Just before the two-week period started and again at the end, the test subjects had to fill in a questionnaire about their sexual drive and cycle forty kilometres.

When the first round had been completed, the researchers repeated the experiment, but using a placebo.

The figure below shows how long it took the test subjects to cycle the forty kilometres. The placebo effect was not statistically significant, but the maca did produce statistically significant results.


The test subjects had to answer nine questions about their sexual desire with reference to a partner [questions 1-9]. These included questions like “When you are in a romantic situation, how strong is your sexual desire?” and “How strong is your desire to engage in sexual activity with a partner?” The researchers also asked four questions about solo sex. These were along the lines of “How important is it for you to fulfil your desires to behave sexually by yourself?” [questions 10-13].

The maca had no influence on the answers to the questions in the last category, but it did have an influence on the other answers. The figure below shows the scores of the placebo group and the maca group.
