Directions For Magnum Nutraceuticals Heat:
Training Days: Take 1 serving 15 minutes before breakfast. Take 1 serving 15 minutes prior to training.
Non Training Days: Take 1 serving 15 minutes before breakfast. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before lunch. Magnum Heat should always be taken on an empty stomach. Do not take Magnum Heat® within 6 hours of going to sleep. To start, take half the recommended dosage for the first six days.

il prodotto sembra formulato bene sono presenti gli elementi giusti per la perdita del peso
sul fatto della votazione quella è personale quindi non obiettiva poi sono stati solo 5 a votare (sono andato a vedere

)
una votazione dava come commento che gli piaceva per la quantità di ginseng all'interno (peccato che è il penultimo ingrediente di un blend da 550 mg

)

Invalutabile nello specifico.
Finchè daranno solo le quantità dei blend, non sarà mai possibile esprimere un parere obiettivo.

Così al volo si può solo dire che l'arancio amaro è praticamente inutile, così come altri ingredienti come l'estratto di salice.
