L' italia è OBBLIGATA ad accettare la norma europea che ho postato, il ministero della salute nel mettere in pratica la norma ha introdotto dei valori che rendono determinate sostanze non vendibili in italia, cosa di cui la biotiva ha tenuto conto quando ha deciso di vendere il bioforge pro max anche in italia. Rileggiti la parte sottolineata in neretto almeno 5 o 6 volte, così almeno capisci che quello che ho detto io è che il ministero della sanità quando ha applicato la norma per l' italia ha applicato delle modifiche sulle quantità e sui tipi di sostanze vendibili in italia.

divanil, long jack, ecc non sono ammessi nella lista e non sono ovviamente vendibili in italia, tuttavia può darsi che nel comprarlo da un altro paese europeo non si faccia reato per chi compra ma solo chi te lo vende...anche se qui non essendo un giurista faccio solo una supposizione non lo so con certezza.

Comunque, ritornando al discorso, quello che ho sempre detto è che il Bioforce pro max NON CONTIENE NESSUNA SOSTANZA NON VENDIBILE IN ITALIA percui quando viene notificato in un altro paese, applicandogli la versione italiana della norma europea DOVREBBE ESSERE ASSOLUTAMENTE VENDIBILE in italia.

farmac ha solo riportato quanto detto dall inventore del 7-mf, dicendo ke la sua parole è sicuramente + autorevole e in effetti lui c sa molto + di noi..dato ke se lo vuole vendere bisogna ke sia legale e da buon italiano sa bene quante pare (giuste) si fanno in italia x gli integratori ke non siano proteine o carbo quindi secondo me ha ragione farmacologo...e poi comunque anke nel caso non sia legale finke lo vendono secondo me noi ad acquistarlo non facciamo nessun reato, al max lo fanno i venditori...
a mio parere tra poco lo notificheranno...
