Eas Carb Loader : pareri?

Product description

Carb-Loader is a high concentrated, juicy orange flavour, carbohydrate drink mix for carbohydrate/glycogen loading.

Carbohydrate loading or glycogen loading is a sport physiological-nutritional term for “charging” your muscle with carbs (=glycogen). By raising your overall carbohydrate consumption in your food, over the last 2-3 days prior to competition by 400-600 grams (depending on body weight), your body will maximize the storage/loading of carbs into your muscle and also liver glycogen. To consume these amounts of carbs, you would normally have to eat approx. 4-5kg of potatoes or 1.5-2.5kg of pasta per day – Bon Appetite!

A proper glycogen loading is vital, as during work outs or competitions, you not only loose fluids (see ISO-Drive) but also use your glycogen stock. A reduction of your glycogen stock can reduce your performance right up to 50%! Therefore a proper “carb preparation” can and will prevent a negative impact on your performance.

The synthesis of muscle glycogen is most rapidly right away after exercise, as the low level of residual muscle glycogen stimulates a new glycogen storage. This will help your body to recuperate faster from your last exercise and refuel it for the next one. This is very important for events which last more then a few hours or days. Therefore a break of 1 hour between single competitions or runs should be used to its carb-maximum.

VITARGO (50%) and a unique maltodextrin blend have a minimal influence on the gastric emptying time. This means that more carbs can pass into your system and load, re-load your depleted muscle. Every day, during competition breaks and after regular training. Carb-Loader is not only a high carbohydrate product, but of course delivers the key nutrients for the carb-metabolism such as Vitamin B1, Magnesium, Potassium, which together with taurine (helps insulin) ensure the metabolic conversion.

Ingredients Starch (45% Vitargo®), maltodextrin, flavourings, taurin, citric acid, potassium citratem magnesium citrate, aspartame (contains phenylalanine), vitamin B1.
Flavours Orange
Quantity 750 g
Servings per Container 15
Directions Mix 4 scoops or 6 teaspoons (50g) with 400ml of cold juice, water, skimmed milk or blend with your favourite nutrition shake and drink after exercise. On non-competition days consume 1-2 servings daily, depending on how many carbs you want in your diet. For best endurance results (eg. on a competition day) use 3-4 servings daily and start your carb loading phase two days prior your competition. In general, consume 1 serving immediately following the endurance exercise (the glycogen loading period). Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500ml of water for each 1⁄2 kg of weight lost during exercise. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions.

Non è niente di più che un mix di vitargo e maltodestrine.

Prova a vedere quanto costano singolarmente e se ti conviene, in genere no, compralo.
